Email notifications for comment threads followed

This is one of many features that is great for increasing engagement within your content or community. Through Supersparks' upvoting & favoriting feature, you can now allow users to follow certain CMS items for their comment threads, so whenever a new comment gets added to a CMS item they are following, they receive an email notification like the one below.

Members can unfollow any content page at any time to stop receiving these notifications. These notifications are rate-limited to one email per thread every 30 minutes to prevent inbox flooding while keeping users informed of new activity.
