Email notifications for topics followed

This is another feature that is great for increasing engagement within your community. Through Supersparks' upvoting & favoriting feature, you can now allow users of your community to follow certain reference topics, so whenever a new community post gets added to a topic they are falling, they receive an email notification like the one below.
